Our deep appreciation goes to long-time supporters Peter A. Carberry and Herschel L. Scott, now of Northbrook, IL, who recently made the largest personal contribution to CARES in the past 15 years. They donated an astonishing $25,000 to support our mission – one that is important to both Herschel and Peter.  Years ago, Peter was a both a buddy and a board member and Herschel was a staff member here. Although they moved out of the area a number of years ago, CARES has clearly remained in their hearts, and vice versa. Our huge thanks go out to them on behalf of our clients and our staff.
